Nope, it's the same problem with all of the "Process" stations like the leather racks, smelter, and windmill. You can't really control their production.

On the positive side, unless you want to build with raw wood for flavor there's no reason not to convert it all to wood planks. You get double the resources since anything that takes raw wood also takes wood planks.
