The legacy of Peter Russia
During the heritage line for Russia, there is a possibility to complete only 6 heritages and the 7th does not appear. At first, I thought it was a bug, but after replaying, it still did not show up.

After the complete annexation by the Turks, the scale fills up to 6 out of 7.1. I captured Persia2. I captured Austria3. I captured Scandinavia4. I captured ChinaThat's a total of 6 legacies, the seventh is missing.
