I love the flavor that was added for Qing. However, I’m finding the start to be quite frustrating.

Groceries/starvation issue aside (many others have commented on this) I’m unable to do anything about the opium wars as I have negative maneuvers to start. So even if I’m able to get some guarantees from Prussia, France, etc they always break those guarantees.

Is this intended? Has anyone had success with Qing / Opium Wars?
