I just have some ideas and I think others may as well so here's a thread for it.

Races;
I think if you could make your own or update the Lizardmen race (and include it in F.U.) that would be really nice! It's a cute race and hasn't been shown love in some time. Issues I have encounted is the inability to have my people have a preference for that race in terms of love.

A variety of dnd races would fit into Fantasy Unleashed like the Aarakocra, Kenku, & Owlin (bird-people). As well as Tabaxi (cat-like), Leonin (lions), and Tiefling.

Mythological beings like Satyrs, and Gargoyles would be cool to!

Monsters;
creatures like Draugr, Dryads, and Hapies. There's also jackalope, peryton, and cockatrice. These are all a good variety of hostile and passive - I think most could be tamable.

Biomes;
You can make a whole seprate mod for just real-world biomes like cherry-blossom forest or redwood forests. Jungles. Some ideas for more fastasy-esk ones tho;

1# A lightly-forested biome that has trees in various shades of light-blue, pale-purple, and soft-greens accompanied by mushrooms almost as large as the trees. Flowers a scattered in the forest in shades of pink and white, and the water is a deep purple tone. The grass is a blue-green color.

2# A plains-like region covered in flowers and crystals. The few trees that exist have flowers themselves (or just giant flowers for trees.) The stones have moss on them (or are just green), and this biome has bees- Including bees that produce special honey (like curing wounds, changing traits, shuffling romantic tastes).

I don't have much else to add currently but I might later. Also I do not expect anything to make into a mod just wanted to put ideas out there! I would love to talk to others to about their ideas!

Great ideas! We have played with a few of these trying to see which direction we might go next. Currently, were working on a couple new races.

Necromancy! Revenant-on-Revenant isn't procreation; it's a rhythm section. If you really want to go all out, Revenants should hold their "feasts" in graveyards and that's the perfect time to raise a new colonist. Honestly, anything you can do to make Revs less palatable than they already are. They're getting too many visitors and it's time consuming to have all the skeletons drop what they're doing to go commit some light war crimes every time.

Aasimar from dnd could give inspiration for angel and fallen angel races! Their one of my favorites :)
Aasimar are often born or descended of celestial and other good-aligned creatures. They are also more commonly good aligned.


They’re similar in appearance to humans, but taller. They also have varied features like some have pointed ears, others rounded. Some eyes glow. Their skin color can be a wide variety (from emerald to grey!) same with their eyes. Some even had scales if they were of couatl or lillend decent.

Fallen aasimar are usually made by their inner light being “tarnished” such as an external evil influencing them, or them themselves committing devious deeds. They also have greater strength than other celestial-kin.

There’s two other sub types you could lean into as well, protector and scourge. Protectors are given the task to protect the greater good from a young age. They’re said to be more “learned and judicious” than the others. Scourge aasimar are similar, possessing an intense drive to purge evil. They possess more powerful divine energy to help them purge the evil, and due to this they’re more easily identifiable. They’re said to be more hearty and robust. The scourge often hide their otherworldly appearance outside of combat.

Each aasimar type has a special ability. I always see it as you have the base two (aasimar and fallen) then the paladin like (protector) and magic user (scourge). I think even just the base being made would be cool tho!

re: Lizzardmen race. Helping the mod author to get it updated. Hang in there it might be a bit still.

For a new biome i was thinking of mixing some of your ideas. Had to look up the Aasimar and that might be cool to try.

Necromancy would be awesome but were not really there yet. Next update is coming soon and im playing around with having Revenants be liked less overall by other races.
