Total War: WARHAMMER III

The Old World Campaign
Malakai Campaign Insane
Spent a couple of days playing a Malakai Makaiison campaign on legendary but with normal battle difficulty. Turn 40 I was able to secure main province, province to the west, and provice south, west of the chorfs there. Then I am declared war on by 5 factions, and I am being split apart. I don't expand fast, and usually like to keep an army around for defence, while I have malakai head north and north east to eat up grudges and deal with enemies (Chaos wastes makes it super bad to use a normal non horde faction for this.) There needs to be some balancing done here, because Heading north provides nothing good for you besides bad territory, and it is slower to travel south. Not to mention, your surrounded by enemies, and to try and make any progress is so painfully slow, because I don't have an economy with tier 3 settlements to even get enough forces to cover all my flanks. I think a little bit of tuning for the campaign is needed, whether that be a friendly north, or making the kislev one east stronger so that you can have a better buffer and not get stuck in your provinces just keeping the ai away so all your settlements dont get sacked or razed.

Edit: I mean makes it bad to use for a normal non horde army. Malakai is really the only one who can counter attack north, and even then you dont have much incentive to do so. Clearing enemies just lead to you meeting new enemies and its a cycle that slows you to a crawl
