Teclis could use an ally near his start or rework on which enemies he needed at the beginning, he could start off with one major settlement- the tower, instead of occupying a green skin minor settlement and at war with the dark elves covent for the tower. Your war objective are all over the place. that's just hell, especially when you're surrounded by 4 Greenskin tribes, Khorne faction, Skavens and Ogres.
