Sorry for the late response, had been busy in real life in the last few days.

After looking at your images, its pretty clear you are using the wide events mod.

This one, right?

Which means that events with +6 options dont show in the option select part. Thus thats the reason of why you are not seeing the correct choice. Usually most OWB events dont have that many choices, so it wasnt noticiable beforehand.
