it is mentioned in the descriptions of some of the vehicles that they don't do well in winter time and when i checked the mod settings i discover that it indeed dos make vehicles slower (through terrain difficulty i think), but my problem is that i have my base in a mountain so that the terrain difficulty is relatively high (2, there is a dirt road connected to my base) making it so that i cant place way-points in the vehicle caravan at all as it is currently winter in game
witch makes me wonder what the maximum terrain difficulty is for the vehicles are (i have a highwayman) as i would like to know if i should build something else instead

tl;dr i cant make caravans with the vehicles and i am wondering if i should switch to the toad
