Imagine if there was an event called "Haunted vehicle", where if you have anomlay DLC loaded, a rare event can trigger where a randomly generated vehicle appears on your map, where "the original owner died under mysterious circumstances", and it occasionally drives by itself, or tries to run over your pawns. You can still use it and drive it like normal, but you can't dissasemble it, or it goes on a manhunting roadrage.
