The difference between cargo capacity on the local map and in the caravan

Hello!
Can't use venicles in caravan because capacity is less than in stats. Example: capacity of RoadRunner in stats and on map is 600 kg, but in caravan only 122kg, Mule have only 131 kg in caravan and etc.
