Mule having too much speed?

My mule is moving at almost 200 tiles/day on road.
I have both higher max speed and acceleration ideology precepts, but isn't it too much anyway? Possibly a bug?
I cannot remember any other vehicle moving that fast, e.g. Tier 3 jeep moves ~70t/d.
