Never alter mod load order unless you know what you are doing. I will try my best to answer. I highly recommend you use the "Other Options" button to "Copy to Data". This will allow your game to load much faster which is especially important for such a big mod list. It also prevents any mod updates from breaking your saves. The downside is that it takes a while and you should clean data, force redownload and copy data again if you want to update mods.

Note that Mixu lords take several minutes to load if you don't copy to data, so if it appears to be stuck or not responding, make sure you wait it out. On my computer, it only takes a minute if I copy to data but it's normal for it to stop responding temporarily while loading.
Make sure to reset your mod load order regularly, sometimes WH3MM acts weird when you download mods while it's open.
