DWR alone works fine. The second addon, i don't know. it probably replaces original sound with different one. So in order for it to work i would need to completely turn off sound name checking which is very bad idea since then even weapon switch sound would produce fragments

seems like ARC9: GSR's grenades and other explosives don't work with it, probably safe to assume any other ARC9 packs with explosives also aren't compatible?

completely breaks mod because (I believe) it completely changes how the explosion sound is played
if you could make this compatible, you might actually be able to make this mod compatible with ALL explosions for players using the reverb mod

ok, thats true, using dwr breaks ONLY the explosion sounds and this addon itself, not even by replacing the casts by bullets fixes this issue, but everything else relating bullet cracks, reverb (indoor and outdoors) works fine

You can try pasting "hd/new_grenadeexplo.mp3" to whitelist settings located in server settings and then see if it works
