Bug report: Nutrient Paste Dripper doesn't work diagonally
Nutrient Paste Dripper doesn't work diagonally.

I got a setup with 8 beds in circle for an Hemo Farm.
The same setup I got in my Hospital around a Vitals Monitor.
Unfortunately the people diagonally from the Paste Dripper starving and some even died because I was under attack... (not paying attention)

Could you please implement also diagonally works? Not only left, right, top and bottom?

they work under sleep accelerator logic, you had to aim it towards a singular bed, not like a vitals monitor
