Had to restore mod to its previous version for now.
Last mod update was too massive for casual user to track cause of this issue...
But I found a woraround in the comments:
Dont use the Railgun and Laser weapons modules
After that I works as intended
OK. I've found the cause. It is laser projectile <modextension> field, which is conflicting with something in Rimsenal Core. To solve this gracefully, I had to hash out contents of <modExtensions> tag of CombatExtended.Lasers.LaserBeamDefCE class in BaseLaserProjectiles.xml file.
