Decrease Default Spatial_MinTimer

Can you decrease m_Spatial_Groups.Spatial_MinTimer from 300000 to 60000 or even 18000 in file, SpatialSettings.c?

We've talked about this before and I know its for performance, but I run my own local server, I'm the only one on it and I want to test without having to wait 5 for AI to spawn.
