I think The Original Third Age Tale would be better if certain factions were divided into more than one faction. Particularly any where there's a gap.

This is hundreds of years after the events in Lord of the Rings right? So maybe there could be two distinctive Free Peoples factions, so that there isn't a gap between, one could be a bit more woodsy with archers and the other a bit more melee focused.


And there are different Dwarven clans right? So why not split the "Clans of the Dwarves" into two factions as well, represented by Western and Eastern Dwarfholds, basically the same though Dwarves of the East might be a little more isolationist.

And why not have a break away faction from Mordor, give Sauron a hostile Usurper to content with.
