Added new units to regions and polished background files and some general balancing of units and map updates. Added starting military for Turkey, Germany and Sweden. Next update more countries will have a starting military.

13 August 2022: Added new cities and reworked the roads in Ireland, added new unit designs and started technology adjustments for Europe. Country data cleaned up in files and added starting units to some European countries and Turkey.
