SAM not doing anything??

I always build a lot of them but they are pretty much useless. Am I doing something wrong? They are fully researched and around 7 of them can't cancel 1 missile that divides into 5.

That sounds about right. To intercept warheads, you’ll want dedicated ABM sites, which are more than twice as effective.
