Mod Features and Balance
I'm currently planning some new features for an Omnibus mod which I would like to trickle down to this mod. I would like some input on what unique building should each of the Ideologies provide?

I will also consider balance concerns discussed here.

Order: "Workers union" (All production buildings inside the city grant +1 happiness)
Freedom: "Community center" (+1 culture every 4 citizens)
Autocracy: "Checkpoint" (+25% counterspionage in the city)
