Quick bug-spot: description of Historian trait is missing.

Thanks! Fixed it, but I haven't uploaded the fix yet, so here's the text if you need it:

"Knowledge can be used by a wise ruler to avoid repeating its mistakes, or manipulated by a cunning one to revive old hatreds from wars long since ended."
