Known Issues
Shield defs have their thingclasses replaced in Combat Extended compatibility patching, so this issue presents itself whether or not a shield is stored or equipped:
  • shields made without CE loaded will be borked if CE is added.
  • shields made with CE loaded will be borked if CE is removed.
This applies to the Papal Tower Shield and the BooDoo Riot Shield.

For the Harkonnen, for some reason I have to manually target every shot, pawns won't automatically pick a target even if fire at will is on. I'm using the CE patch.

Colonist armed with the Harkonnen II wont "lean" when drafted behind a wall and will instead just shoot through it. The colonist will also shoot straight through walls when given manual fire orders.

Yeah it's not exactly ideal. I think that the reason is because the weapon does not require line of sight. Since it can also target locations, maybe the game thinks of it like a mortar launcher. I set it up like that so that you can just aim through a base or even mountain and chew through it without having to constantly reacquire targets.
