I've been checking the mod with the editor and found what it really does is very different to the mod's description.

It increases a lot more than described the cost of every perk, reaching a 300% increase in many buildings. It also adds a new building and a new perk, something not mentioned in the description that makes this mod incompatible with other mods.

Also the mod is very outdated and doesn't reflects/makes use of the changes introduced in the latest updates and DLCs.

Not recommended.
