Ok so it's not healing everyone, only when it does "following and healing" will it heal non-team members (which happens to be warriors/wizards/tax collectors). I have fixed this in the latest update.
So I made some changes to the sleeper raider function in the latest update - they now also take into account if there are enemy team lairs on the map, and will now target those. And to fix the issue of no enemy buildings/lairs in sight when they spawn in, I made it so if that occurs, there's now a 75% chance for the dragon to turn into a "wandering" monster instead of a sleeper raider.
This should hopefully make getting a dragon lair more useful for AI players/human player alike.

Also if you have AI ally, an enemy puts flag on your building then allied heroes will attack your buildings.
Since it's just a quest maybe adjust loyalty constant?
EDIT: Adjusted the loyalty modifier so that heroes are now less likely to attack their own team's buildings.
Are y'all seeing any specific error messages when it crashes? Any additional info would be helpful. When there are a lot of AI's the game makes a lot of function calls so it's very possible there's a bug in the way I coded something for that. But without knowing more details there's not much I can do.
Only thing I can see is when there's 6 AI teams and lot of mobs. Game just seems to crash. No error message pops up.
