I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod and it doesn't work, I also tried looking for gameinfo.txt in the bshift folder and I did find it but nothing seems wrong with it
The `bshift` directory needs to be accessible from the Black Mesa directory. You've to set this up manually.
See 'INSTALLATION METHODS' in the workshop page description.
"The syntax of the command is incorrect...
Could not link - nklink failed.
Press any key to continue . . ."
I have tried multiple times and yes I ran it an an administrator; I almost forgot but I didn't;).
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\2424633574
Or wherever you installed steam. In the 242 folder, copy bshift and the bshift.bat and move them to
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Black Mesa
Remember, it's just the bshift.bat file. Do not use the OLD or any other one as they seem to crash most users. Once you do this, run the bshift.bat as administrator. This seems to fix the problem. Although some computers can't handle it. I use a 5 year old Windows 10 and if runs fine. If an old laptop can run this, so can your PCs.
Developers of the mod, please pin this to the to the top for everyone to see.
