Port Lime - Bridge Districts
Bugs: buying with faith
The Valletta city state lets you buy city center buildings with faith. This causes problems for the bridge district.

If the bridge has already been placed but is not complete, purchasing it with faith causes the following.
* The bridge model will at first appear incomplete and then disappear on subsequent turns.
* The tile does not seem to act as a bridge for movement purposes.
* The tile cannot be worked or used for another district, and shows “Bridge” in the tooltip.
* I have not verified whether the housing and amenity apply.

If no bridge has been placed, purchasing a bridge with faith does not prompt the user to then place the bridge on a tile. The city has a bridge building, but it is not on any tile. The amenity and housing are applied to the city.

It's not a city-centre building, it's a district, so just... don't do that. The mod almost certainly has a hidden city-centre building (as do other mods) which is required for some functionality. Just.. don't build or purchase any building that doesn't look normal or make sense.

It's very unlikely this mod will be updated, and even more unlikely that this issue can be fixed due to the nature of the game and unintended interactions with city state suzerain bonuses.
