I believe you're trying to up the player's movement speed to compensate for their mass, but it doesn't actually have an effect on how the player moves, so you just make them move insanely fast.
I discovered this when I tried to do this with an empty inventory; nothing was happening, it was all business as usual.
However, when I filled my inventory with something heavy (Or really anything. In this case, it was construction components), I started absolutely zooming.

Yes, I initially took it into account as usually on grids you'll have to do that. Will see what actually happens with players tho. Didn't actually test that. xD
It's quite fun to see the difference, and it's instantly noticeable.

I'd love to see something like this come back eventually, as there could be super-fun races that could happen because of it.
It's actually very controllable, too; there were several occasions where I've successfully dodged a tree just meters away because it responds so fast. It actually has potential as a skill-based race gamemode.
