Where is the mod?
I subscribed the mod, and it was not in the game. I even couldnt activate it, because i don´t see it! Patch loader is installed and it is working.

I have no idea, it's not something I can fix. It's Steam sale, workshop servers are pretty bad so you might need to unsubscribe and subscribe again, try changing download region (city) in the Steam client settings.
