Game isn't shutting down when using this.
If I exit the game, it will disappear from windows processes but according to Steam it's still running. If I click stop it just waits to close forever. I have to force quit steam. I used compatibility reports and nothing has any incompatibility issues.

This mod does not change anything in game quit procedure, moreover no one reported anything similar yet so I doubt it's anything wrong with the mod.
Steam seeing the game when you close it is quite common problem if you use Instant Return To Desktop mod because that mod is changing game close procedure.

Funnily enough installing that mod is what fixes the problem for me.
