Protect Headshots not working correctly
Greetings, first of all, great mod, keep the work going :)
To my problem, we decided on our server to disable the items that protects the headshots cause we think its unrealistic to shoot a zombie in a face and the helmet needs to be destroyed first.
I deleted all helmets in the list and it doesnt worked. Maybe we doing it wrong?

<Items_Protect_HeadShots List = ""/>

best regards

Remember that since few updates helmets also provide protection with the vanilla system.
So you can't totally disable the helmet protection (my system can't disable vanilla protection)

Ah okay, i thought the vanilla system protects only where it visually protects the head.
Thank you :)

Greetings, after more testing it could figure it out.
The problem seems to be the empty list. If i add a helmet to it everything works as expected. Oneshot Headshots with helmets on (even miltary helmets).
Sadly i found another problem with the zombies. Hope its okay to say it here and not making another thread for it.
In melee combat the zombies start to turn around in the second we press left click for the attack. turn dodge on or off does not change anything. Turning the mod off will stop those zombie behaviour and the zombies dont turn anymore away.
Looks like the dodge animation for me but could a something else?

best regards

Nice to hear you found a solution to skip vanilla helmet protection, I didn't think about this solution.

For the zombies turning around you, they're not supposed to do this, especially if the dodge option is deactivated.
Is it happen with all zombies?
If not, with what type of zombies did you see this?
Can you make a video to show me what happen exactly?

It happens with all zombies i tested. Didnt test it with all all :D
I'll make a video but that could took a few days :D
