Raider ships
New mod idea for you!

This is from Hardcore SK mod package.
I just recently saw it on a video.

Looks like a raid is triggered and will land with a shuttle or ship on the map. Try to raid/steal and then departure again.

Dont forget a self destruction/autopilot return home mechanism for the vessels if your colony is able to purge the raid

I belive you can easily do it with your actual code from this mod.

I already figured out that the feature in the video is from
OHU Dropships, an abandoned mod for 1.0, OHU is still active in modding but not this mod particular.
Maybe you can extract the aerial raid stuff. Or grab some ideas.
