@Zarathustra : It's not a mod issue but your version of RimWorld which is outdated, following your hugsLib report you run Rimworld 1.0.2059.
The current version is 1.0.2408, and the mod use the new About.xml format not supported by your version, so you have to update it.

@nomoretime : Typical of a bad mod load order,
Try to put "[1.0] Android tiers" and "Android Tiers++" mods just after "JecsTools" in your mod load order.
What is your operating system ?

@nomoretime : yes because C# engine on Unix/MacOS platform dont support to play MP3 songs but only OGG format, so i will fix it in the next update

Besides that it ran fine, still coming to terms that to upgrade my colonists i must kill a colonist first

when every i load the mod my game just poops itself and disables all my mods

whenever i try to craft a neural chip it eats the resources and doesn't give the chip, an error comes up on the log too, can paste it here if you want

@HACKERMAN,@jetninja6 : Often come from a bad load mod order, try to put just after "HugsLib" the following mods : "HugsLib > JecsTools > Humanoid AlienRaces > Android Tiers > Android Tiers++ Extension"
I will try for the 1.5.0 update to make the xml defs more robust to bad mod load orders (not depending on external abstract base class).
