Hmm, it might be necessary to move his capital manually but perhaps I can add an exception for Hungary.
I agree, it's a problem I'm had and usually I resolve it by using a another mod to change it back. However, I do think it is possible so I'll look into it.
I think I´ll be testing around a bit, looking for some more irregularities.
Granted, I was also using the Historical Immersion Project so it could just be that it's incompatible with culture-related events. I'm not sure if it's something you accounted for in the mod or not, if it is then it's definitely something incompatible with HIP.
