Quest ids?
Well, I really need them since the quests are super laggy for me, and also, an unrelated question, is this outpost self repairing? If I break something and warp back to it after leaving is it fixed?

no. anything you did in the shellguard outpost and the normal outpost will be reset if you leave.
Note. quests dont reset but things like. Npcs. Blocks. Storage containers. and vehicles will be reset. WARNING. any droped items there will also be reset so make sure you did not drop a good weapon or item OR put an item in storage. and any vehicles you put there will also be reset so that means that you need to use auto chips to get them back. thats all
