I think it's a bad idea. How about:
+ Alt-Fire = Can be thrown at other players, inflicting bleed
+ Backstabs make the target bleed for 10 seconds
+ %25 non-backstab damage
+ Backstab bleeds cannot be fixed by health packs
+ Not effected by Razorbacks eg.
- Backstabs only deal half of the victims current health
- Cannot use knife while it has been thrown/Wait twenty seconds for knife to recharge
- Bleed for 3 seconds after backstab
That would make the ravorback useless
And the bleeding would be to op if it can't be cured

Both of these are really dumb ideas.
The first is enforcing face-stabbing and for its ranged attack to be useless, even though that would probably be the selling point. Don't forget the Boston Basher effect.
The second is just overpowered, I'll go from top to bottom.
The throwing would be pretty cool, and I agree that it should inflict bleed or maybe it should deal a mini-crit. The backstab making people bleed is an idea.. but it gets rid of the Spy's bread and butter, it would be useless except for nerfing the ranged attack (Regular backstab is a backstab, ranged deal mini-crits(?)). Not fixed by health packs!? That is just dumb. The Razorback is for NOT GETTING BACKSTABBED WHILE SNIPING, not to be useless once a Spy gets this weapon. The Razorback immunity is stupid. Yet again, you are getting rid of his bread and butter, this time by removing the insta-kill to nerf the ranged attack. Okk, this is a good idea, render the knife useless while it's been thrown is good, much like how the Spy-cicle melts for 15 seconds, but 20 might be a bit too long, try 15. Wait wait wait. You bleed from backstabbing? What the hell? Why would you even think of that? That is making this a "ShootN'Loot" weapon like the KGB.
Please try to make good and balanced stats next time.
The Assassin
normal backstabs
+Alt-fre: throw this weapon to cause bleed to enermy
+the longer the blade travels, the more damage it will deal upon contact (from 10hp at point blank to 50hp at max range)
+bleed lasts for 5 seconds (5 hp / second x 5 = 25 hp)
+if it does not hit anyone, it will fell to the ground when it reaches max range or it collides with something solid (a wall)
+can be picked up if it collides with something or it reaches its max range, and picking up the weapon will reset the charge meter
-has a max throw range of 20 meters
-does not deal critical damage if hits the head
-will not be a backstab if it hits the back of an enermy
-if thrown it needs 15 second of recharge time
-wearer cannot cloak when this weapon is active, meaning if he switch from the revolver to this weapon he will uncloack automaticly
-if it collides with something it will make a distinctive and loud metal sound
-can be blocked by the razorback, but breaks it upon contact and the razorback will let out a loud electric sound
So I wish this helped because I see a future in this weapon. This can be a really nice new weapon for the spy.
