The Spring Stinger is to give a range on backstabs. You will shoot the weapon and it will be sent in a straight shot toward a target. After the shot you will have to recharge the shot. A missed shot will increase the recharge time, however as most recharge weapons do, the projectile weapon can be picked up. If the projectiles works it can not be picked up and must be recharged.
