It would have to have a somewhat small range, and in addition probably some negative stats, probably a -50 or -75 health, in addition to more fire damage. It would also do maybe -25% damage on a non-backstab, and would have to have a recharge time similiar to the Spycicle.

This is OP add another disadvantage... lets say missed shots have a 15% slower charge rate or on backstab deals only 250 damage

The Workshop is not a place for ideas, and not a place for work at this level of being totally unfinished. Aside from that, the Spy has the Ambassador, which used to give the spy headshots (at a range), but... that was overpowered. Now he gets Head crits instead. Valve will never, ever, ever add this. So stop getting the less informed people's hopes up.
