Either this is extremely hard or I'm doing something wrong. I had no problem completing this game 3-4 times, all missions (no mods). I started with rushing marketplace to 3rd, warriors, rouges and rangers guilds. Then I upgraded smith to 3rd, I built dauros and agrela temples, build 2 outposts around base, built dwarven settlement and game ended.
