Report a translation problem
The reason I say "maybe" is that I suspect the mission statement for the faction may be that the player be forced to either switch often, or make do with what their favorite leader gets. However, unless tech switching becomes quicker and cheaper, I would prefer Vigos each get slightly more options, with the possible compromise of, say, Droid stealth infantry being worse than Xizor ones.
I've noticed that Xizor is better to force down the Rebels (because he has stealth units) and Zann is better for fighting the Empire, but the major downside between switching between the two is how long it takes.
All in all though I feel like the Black Sun faction could definitely use some more polish and attention.
