Tech level problem
Hello
Someone can tell me wich files commands the rebel tech upgrades (starfighter,s cruisers, véhicules etc.) ? In my games, the rebellion never purchase tech, and i dont find why. Thanks.

Which map is this ? In my three 2.11 games on the big map as Imps the BS and rebels both teched up. In one game the rebels started very late however around w40, by then I had almost all tech to max.

In the Canon 103 planets campaign. BS ans Empire starts upgrade week 23-25 without problem. I wish to see in script and other xml's files if i can find and thé solve the problem. Any idea ?
