Mining
Can only the empire use the mining facilities? I'm playing the rebels for the first time and am trying to see if I can built them. I see them in the tech tree thing but I cant figure out how to build them.

The Rebel Alliance can build manufactoring bases on most(all?) planets with ground mining.
Once they become the New Republic, they can also build mining facilities.

Hello,
I'm playing as the Black Sun and have the same issue, even if the planet description says a ground mining facility can be built, it isn;t on the ground production tab

yep only imps and NR can build mines rebs and BS have other econ options
