[Answered] 190, random campaign, Empire - can i get DS II for random?
Do I need 100 fear to construct the DS II?

I have Byss Research Station, all research done (including the advanced research to get SD III's) and Endor but no DS option. maybe I missed something but i remember you didnt have to have Endor for random campaigns.

Just curious! Wiki says you only need a mobile space station (not support fyi)

No you can not get a DS2 in random GC its only for story campaigns, so the structure does nothing in that GC. You can still get IR tho by researching all GCW tech then building the upgrade from emperors palace
