Imperial Tech 4 cannot be researched.

Hi!

I ran into an issue that I cannot research the Imperial Tech 4 on Byss after I finished the Death Star mission.
Byss has the research center and free space(I dont know if its needed to have free space.)
Does anyone else ran into this issue?

I have this same issue as well.
I completed the story missions, even tried to complete them in different order.
Getting the same result
