Hidden Hero on Tatooine-Mission doesn't work

Im playing as the rebels and ive already conquerd Tatooine before the mission "Hidden Hero on Tatooine" started and now, as ive I already got the planet, the mission doesnt succesfully end. Does anyone know how to handle this?

2nd on that issue - I had the same problem! Mission was successful yet no new hero recruited.

Note, I did receive the hero AFTER I built a base on tatooine.
