Empire Executor
As I understand it the Executor should not be able to be built unless Piett is dead. Yet the Empire AI has Piett still alive and has built an Executor. Does this not apply to the AI or is this a bug?

It's a bug, I think the Executor isn't properly locking in the AI story file? IDK

Same bug here, while I have also captured Kuat...To be precise, I have captured Kuat to prevent Empire to build an executor after I kill Piett's one and they are already building a (2nd) executor somewhere else. (Bilgrimi, Correlia?) (I've also just captured Rendilli in hopes it was being built there).

Here I am playing the Empire and I can't figure out how to make the Executor (I don't have Piett so I assume he's "dead"?) lol.

You need to complete the hoth mission chain first to unlock it, it will start if you attack allyuen.

so I did that and it says i can build it with an officer academy but i don't have it and it didn't get me Piett
