I think the June 6th update has caused a bug that prevents the Lucario race from loading in from wrap or leaving a ship. I made a new lucario character, skipped the intro and was stuck in wrap before saving and quitting. I made an new Avali and skipped the intro, and loading in in less than 30 seconds.

hmmmmm I didn't do anything to the files that would cause this..... all I did was tinker with the npcs a bit. hmmmm.. I'm gonna have to try to re-create this.
Question:
Did you have any lucario crew members? This may be important. If you can, go to the mod home page and scroll down to the bottom. There will be a link to the mod on the official Starbound forums. I want you to re-create the problem and then close the game. Go immediately to your starbound folder C:/program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Starbound/

There will be a few folders present there, I want you to go to /storage and find your starbound log file. Should be starbound.txt. I want you to upload that file to the starbound forums in my mod's discussion. That log will show all that went wrong and help me figure out what happened.

hmmmmm... okay you skipped the intro mission and just started. If it happens again follow what I said before but try this. It is possible to re-boot your ship and everything before you load in your starter planet. Try waiting for the starter planet to load in the background first. Give it a few minutes. I would suggest checking your body type with the chart I recently added to the mod photos and unlocking your correct armor branch. That should take just a few minutes but long enough for the planet to hopefully fully load. After that time, try warping again.

Could be a loading error or some kind of compatibility error. If it happens again, the log will help. I just tested my side and got nothing using the version on Steam. Your log would be able to provide me with your mod list and if anything between the mods is conflicting.

Lol, I love breaking physics but how did this happen? It looks like a loading error of some kind but if it happens again, a log file would help a ton

I think how it broke is that a value in that level has caused the position of the ship to be offset on the x axis. If it only occurs on this ship then it could be that the model is what broke the co-ordinates of the ship.

There is a file there called starbound.txt
That is the file I am refering to. It logs everything wrong with the mod.
If you go to the bottom of the Description page here on steam and click the link, it'll take you to the official Starbound Forums and specifically the mod page for this over there. If you have an account, you can simply comment in the discussion which will allow you to upload the file.

I have been getting this glitch were some npcs that I talk to will just die upon interacting with them. I had a glitch like this with the Penguin Piracy mod as well.

Hmmmm I have seen this issue before. I'll look into my dialog patches again. I should probably use that time to clean them up a bit more.

Found issues in flee, guard, and quest dialogs. Working on small update

there seems to be a issue with the armour progression for the GCNSNPSU branch, you can make the iron chestplate, but you don't get the next tier of armour.
