Suggestion: different languages
Hey there,
thanks for your awesome work.

I thought it might not be too much of a hassle to provide this mod for different languages, since it's all about the numbers.

If you could make it compatible with german, french and russian, the moyrity of the Civ players couid enjoy this masterpiece.

This serously should have been implemented into the main game.

Thank you again for doing, what the devs couldnt do!

In the end there is no translateable content, is there?
I mean it is just +/- and numbers.

If I did understand the mechanics properly, all you would need to do is to copy the code in the different language files like FR for France DE for Germany and so on.
