the quest does open after doing the dash tech test, but you can't accept the quest until all other vanilla tech quests are finished as he will use those first

@NexusTheBrony I must be confused, It opens but you can't accept it? Did you try to do it without holding silver or gold bars to open up his next quests?

that i did not try, but i do know that when holding them you have to do the other 2 tech quests first

I know the quest is open because when I teleport to the next tech test, there is a brief view of a "!" above his head.

Yea, I don't really know how to fix it. The vanilla quests want to come before mine. Honestly, I wanted to do it without a mission, but I had no idea how :3

thats not a bug dude thats just how it is u must complete all vanilla techs all modded quest for tech comes after vanilla tech
