Victory II Fregate Akbar Refill have no fighters (Not related to TR, closed)

In description it's have 1.5/1.5, but in battle nothing spawns. Had only Victory Fregates in battle and was a little dissapointed

Submod issue, considering there's no "Acbar Refit" Victory in the main mod

Please post issue in whatever submod you are using for the unit.
