설명


A framework for the creation of new alien races in Rimworld

If you ever thought that the racial diversity in rimworld is... not that diverse and you want to change that, you came to the right place. This framework allows to easily add new humanoid races without any C# knowledge, purely in xml.

The rest is up to your creativity: Fantasy races like Elves, Dwarves and Orks; Sci-Fi races like Asari, Klingons, Gungans eldritch beings like Deep Ones; or greenskinned and leaf-sporting mutants.




  • Custom graphics with weighted skin and hair color selection
  • Changing graphics, optionally changing over the course of aging.
  • Drawing additional parts on the body that change based on backstory, diseases and implants.
  • Integration in the starting pawns, as well as slaves and refugees.
  • Custom Backstories
  • Customizable bodysize, that can change during the lifetime.
  • Support for genderless races
  • Optional immunity to aging related body problems.
  • Optional forced traits
  • Customizable thoughts, with specific configurations for eating and butchering humanlikes
  • Modifiable relation chances
  • Race restricted clothing, weapons, research projects, buildings, bills and plants.
  • Custom Ideologies relating to eating, enslaving, killing and dating aliens.

Update: I managed to fix my issue by unsubscribing and reinstalling HAR and Vehicle Framework entirely, also switched from Hats Display Selection to AB's Head Apparel Tweaker

Saaaaame. Do you also have SOS2? It seems like some issue between that, VF, and HAR, but I don't have much time to debug right now

@Gloomy Weirdly enough a dev quicktest works just fine for me, but all my existing saves don't. So I can't even figure out which mod is the problem because I can't replicate the issue on fresh saves

@Toyota AE86 Same problem here. Some Pawn don't have a portrait and are invisible on the map. I tried disabling everything one by one that was updated on 25 and later. No success so far.

@PringleWithShell Do you have any mods that were just updated today on the 25th? For me Ive narrowed it down to just three, HAR, Interaction Bubbles, and Vehicle Framework

Im currently trying to verify files to see if it's a case of a botched download or not

@Toyota AE86 YES! I am currently trying to trace down which mod is causing it. Pawns will despawn and cause extreme lag.

Anyone having problems where alien-related precepts aren't loading and causing huge error spams and pawns not able to render? Game was working just fine last night until the Aug 25th update and I find my ideologion's missing HAR precepts

Hello. Not sure if that's exactly your problem but decided to give a headup because it's issue tied to HAR races somewhat. Testing out the odyssey content I've found out that some HAR races (Yuran and GloomyDragonian) do not generate sky islands mod dimension in their custom scenarios. But way more importantly, Miho and Maru racial scenarios do not generate whole asteroid dimension making it basically impossible to do odyssey ending. I've also informed those mod pages on it.

@AstralStardust the race authors decide how their races spawn into the world. They have plenty of options for it.

@ÆLP sounds like you should talk to the author of alpha.
